Thinking about getting married at home? This couple invited their friends, children, and grandchildren to join them for an intimate wedding ceremony at their private home. The entire event came together so beautifully! The bride wore an elegant white pantsuit with a scalloped lace neck and the groom wore a smart gray suit. The bride pinned a yellow rose boutonniere on her groom with the calm confidence that comes with wisdom!

BrightWorks Photography captured the couple’s first stroll as a married pair by the pond. By placing the sun behind the couple, Stephen was able to provide the couple with portraits that featured the bride’s curly hair all aglow! Bouquets of cosmos, snapdragons, and colorful field flowers decorated the farmhouse style tables. Wooden lobster cut-out escort cards were a fun harbinger of the lobster dinner that followed, and an energetic first dance kicked off the reception under the sail-cloth tent.
